Local High School Students in ‘Get Connected’ Need Your Vote Today

(Stark and Carroll Counties, OH) August 18, 2021 – United Way of Greater Stark County’s Get Connected program needs your vote today to help receive a $25,000 grant from State Farm.

The State Farm Neighborhood Assist grant is awarded by popular vote and the time period is only from August 18 to August 27. Voters need to be 18 and older with a valid email address and can vote up to 10 times a day at neighborhoodassist.com/entry/2040075

Voters can also like and share grant-related United Way social media posts to their friends, family, and colleagues in order to spread the word.

Get Connected programming offers education-to-workforce pathways to help CCSD high school students graduate and achieve career and economic success. We utilize workshops, speakers, resources and facilitate mentorship opportunities to support students from enrollment to graduation and beyond. More info available at uwstark.org/get-connected

Grant recipients will be announced by State Farm on September 29.
