IMPORTANT VITA MESSAGE

PLEASE NOTE:

Due to a large number of inquiries regarding the COVID-19 vaccine, our call center is experiencing a high volume of calls daily. We strongly encourage you to make your VITA drop-off appointment online.

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) begins accepting and processing 2020 tax year returns on Friday, February 12, 2021.

What this means to you: United Way of Greater Stark County’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program will accept your information and prepare your tax return now.  Your tax return will then be submitted to the IRS on or after February 15, 2021.  We will make every effort to submit your return in a timely manner as the IRS begins accepting tax returns.
