(Canton, OH) September 25, 2018 – Three companies will be honored October 10 at the Family-Friendly Workplace Awards Breakfast. TimkenSteel family-friendly practices offer competitive benefits to its employees and their family members: paid parental leave; competitive time-off policies; Employee Resource Groups; scholarship program (seven college scholarships to children of employees); telecommuting and flexible work schedules; pre-tax spending accounts with employer contribution: Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs); company-sponsored family events; wellness platform; Employee Assistance Plan; extended medical services for kids away from home; annual financial incentive to see their primary care physician regularly; and an education reimbursement policy.
