DeHoff Emerging Philanthropist Award Nomination

Established in 2010, United Way of Greater Stark County's DeHoff Emerging Philanthropist Award has recognized a community volunteer, age 45 and under, who impacts their community through direct service and volunteer work.

This award honors two of United Way’s most dedicated campaign volunteers. Bob and Linda DeHoff have been involved in numerous fundraising initiatives benefiting the residents of Greater Stark County and received The Association of Fundraising Professionals' Outstanding Philanthropist Northeast Ohio Award in 2017.

Through the generosity of the DeHoff family, the recipient will receive $10,000 to be donated to the winner's charity of choice (must be a 510(c)(3) nonprofit health and human services organization). The selected recipient and nominator should plan to attend the United Way of Greater Stark County Annual Meeting, Spring 2024, where the selected recipient will be formally recognized.
