(Required) Please list a minimum of three and maximum of five workplace family-friendly policies and or programs and describe how it improved the quality of life for employees and their families, while supporting and enhancing workplace operations. Please include for each policy the number of employees benefiting and how have you measured its effectiveness. (maximum of 400 words per policy) (Up to 400 words per policy) Example of a policy description: Paid Time Off – All 50 full-time staff are given a minimum of 15 days off annually. After 3 years, it increases to 20 days off. Days off can be used for either vacations, medical appointments, or just simply an extra day off work to spend with their family. Staff can use this time in quarter increments and can carry over a maximum of 24 hours each year. Last year, all 50 staff used all their PTO. 75% of the staff, used PTO in increments of less than ½ day.
