United Way prioritizes investing in childhood success through a variety of programs and direct services. Child poverty is an issue that cannot be ignored in our community and following the recent release of Protecting Stark’s Future: A Call to Coordinate Child Poverty Strategies, a report from Stark Community Foundation and United Way of Greater Stark County, in partnership with The Center for Community Solutions, many are coming together at this crucial time to invest in our future.
Participants will have the opportunity to hear from a panel as they discuss programming that plays a key role in reducing factors of child poverty, such as CARE Team, Ohio Governor’s Imagination Library and Prosperity@Work.
