Early Childhood Education

At United Way of Greater Stark County, we know that quality early childhood education is an investment in the future of our community. We’re committed to funding and supporting programs that work to ensure every child in Stark and Carroll County enters kindergarten ready to learn.

Research shows that by age three, 80 percent of a child’s brain is already developed, and that number increases to 90 percent by age five. These formative years are critical for success in school and in life.

With your support, we can invest in early childhood education and lay a strong foundation for our community for generations to come.
