WOMEN UNITED FAMILY-FRIENDLY AWARDS BREAKFAST

WOMEN UNITED FAMILY-FRIENDLY AWARDS BREAKFAST – Celebrating National Family-Friendly Workplace Month

Women United has an award program to recognize Stark County employers who go beyond what’s legally required to help employees deal with the daily responsibilities of their workplaces and homes.

Many Stark County organizations have already implemented formal and informal “family-friendly” policies and programs, while others want to learn more about them. These employers recognize the impacts of work-family stress: reduced job performance, absenteeism, disengagement, anxiety and family crises.

Save the date to learn more about how local employers offer family-friendly programs like flex-time, job sharing, work-from-home, paternity leave and more.

Award presentation is in partnership with Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce and Stark Economic Development Board
