YLS scholarship application is now open

College textbooks are a necessary, but costly, expense that is not typically covered by academic scholarships. Young Leaders Society (YLS) helps ease that burden for high school students through its textbook scholarship fund. This scholarship is a $1,000 award, renewable for up to four years, created to offset the expense of books needed to further a student’s education after high school.

The 2024 scholarship application deadline is March 31, 2024.

Our focus

Education sets the foundation for the future, and it is the area where we believe we can make the greatest impact. As young leaders, our personal and professional success would not have been possible without support from mentors, teachers and advocates who helped us along the way. Now we’re paying it forward for the next generation.
