Our community programs provide wraparound services that help community members who are experiencing the effects of poverty.

CARE Team

Challenges at home can directly impact a student’s academic performance. CARE Team offers intervention and support for at-risk youth and their families to overcome these obstacles.

Imagination Library

Dolly Parton's Imagination Library of Ohio mails free books monthly to children from birth to age five, helping them become more kindergarten ready and setting them on a path for early educational success.

Dismantling Racism Coalition

This coalition seeks to build more effective social justice habits, particularly for those dealing with issues of race, power, privilege and leadership. They create challenges that explore racial equity and social injustice through activities designed to dismantle racism.

Direct services

We offer appointment-based assistance for income tax preparation, auto repairs and birth certificate & ID vouchers. To learn more, you can submit an online application for the services provided directly through the Community Programs.

Auto Repair

Get back on the road at a price you can afford. Auto Repair provides families with the financial assistance they need for costly vehicle repairs.

VITA

File your federal and state taxes for free through VITA. We offer professional tax services to low-to-moderate income families, helping them to save money through tax credits.

Birth certificate and ID vouchers

This program provides birth certificates and photo IDs to those living in a Continuum of Care shelter or those entering an addiction recovery program.
